Totalizator Sportowy the rest of the slogan being BUDINY obiekty sportowe. Something like the Sporting lottery builds sports centres. Now known as Hala Sportowa Miejskiego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji w Łodzi – MOSIR. Built 1948 – 1957 to a design by Witold Prochaska of Gdansk. More details in english here
The Sport’s Hall in Lodz, in the year 1964 the Hall had the name; The Lodz Centre of Sport, Tourism and Recreation. In 1968 the hall was transformed into The Lodz Centre of Sport. Today, MOSIR.

Saturday 27 March 2010. One of a set of nine photos of the Frederick Knight Sports Ground taken from a car in Willoughby Lane N17 .
View – to the southeast – shows carparking during the Tottenham Hotspurs home game after the kick-off at 3pm. The Frederick Knight Sports Ground was offering carparking to football supporters at £8 per car. Our photographers observed at least four rows of cars parked on the grass on each side of the main driveway.
The grass pitches appeared waterlogged and there was no carparking around them as on 13 March 2010.
The wording on the notice board is shown as a note. (Move your mouse cursor over that area of the photo.) It appears to show that Community Action Sport runs the bookings on the first floor of the pavilion. The yellow banner on the railing appears to suggest that the commercial company Powerleague manage the function room.
